Agree Bulgarian Properties Is Under Police Investigation

The real estate agent and owner of Agree Bulgarian Properties, Eugene Gerard Slevin or Hugh Slevin, is under investigation by the Bulgarian police and prosecutors offices for the theft of clients funds, money laundering and flight. The Bulgarian authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Eugene Gerard Slevin or Hugh Slevin. A private party is offering 5,000 euros for information leading to his capture and conviction.

If you are or have been a client of Mr. Slevin any funds given to him by you are at great risk.

If you have entered into a property management agreement for rental of your apartment at Sunny Beach or Bansko you are also being defrauded. Your apartments are being rented without your knowledge and the proceeds kept by the company or its employees.

If you believe you have been defrauded or wish further information please contact +359 899 241 960 or email to:

Email: agree.properties@yahoo.com

If you need the contact information for the Bulgarian police investigator it will be provided to you. If you are Mr. and Mrs. Viacount you need to make contact via the above email or number.

It is possible that if you contact the Agree Sunny Beach Office you will be informed that there is no such problem. It is an easily verified statement...just ask to speak with Agree company owner Hugh Slevin or to have him return your call. This will not happen because Mr. Slevin has fled Bulgaria with stolen funds from clients.

Regular updates will be posted on this page when new information is known.
